1990 saw the mating of Ch Zamora Jestene Jade to Ch Varson Christmas Star. From this litter Julie kept Elgianto Heza Star who was to become Australia's first Samoyed Grand Champion. He was a prolific winner for a number of years winning the coveted Gold Cup three years in succession, only the second dog to ever achieve this feat. He was a multi BIS all breeds winner and at his final show he was the Challenge Dog winner at Melbourne Royal as an eight year old.

Novaskaya Royal Blaze (imp UK) arrived at "Elgianto" in 1990. He was bred by Betty Moody and Win Collier and is co-owned with Mary Fairley of "Scionastir Samoyeds". The new blood line was a valuable addition to both kennels. He combined well with our Kobe bloodline bitches producing many champions. His winners include Ch Zamora Royal Krystalmint BISS at the 1994 Golden Anniversary Show of the SCV under Christan Lang, Spitz specialist from Norway, Ch. Tobalsk Royal Secret shown to BIS by Julie at the 1996 Royal Sydney Show under Michelle Billings from the USA winning from a total entry of **** dogs and Ch. Elgianto Royal Showoff Runner Up BIS from a record Samoyed entry of 266 for this country at the 4th. National Specialty in 1998 judged by Beryl Grounds of Whitewisp Samoyeds (UK). The BIS at this show was a Blaze granddaughter shown by Glenda, Ch Zamora Kryshar Katarina. Royal Secret was also a Gold Cup winner at the 1998 SCV Championship Show judged by Mike Stockman from the UK. A Blaze grandson Ch Zamora Lucky Charm was Runner Up BIS to her from puppy class. The following year he was the BIS Gold Cup winner under Pat Hosking an Australian Samoyed specialist.
We imported Novaskaya Sovereign Blaze in 1996. He resides with Glenda and is a son of BISS Eng Ch Novaskaya Zahrek Lafay and BISS Eng Ch Novaskaya Merrie Blaze.
As we enter a new century we look forward to continuing our love affair with the Samoyed breed and we will seek to preserve the qualities in our Sams that we have inherited from the past.
